🌍 FTR+ Marketplace Launches to Modernize Global Textile Reuse.

A major step forward for textile circularity: FTR+, a new digital marketplace dedicated to textile reuse and recycling, officially launched on July 8, 2025. Built to serve nonprofits, collectors, sorters, and recyclers, FTR+ connects players across the global textile ecosystem — bringing long-overdue transparency, efficiency, and trust to a sector that has largely operated offline.

With 150+ active users and growing, FTR+ enables verified listings of second-hand clothing and post-consumer textiles. Buyers can easily browse available loads and source consistent supply. The platform also offers a recycler directory, helping users build reliable, long-term partnerships.

“Our mission is to support the organizations already doing the work — not replace them,” says Rolland Elendu, Founder of FTR+. “That’s why FTR+ is free to use and only charges a 3% transaction fee. It’s about making circularity accessible and scalable.”

By streamlining textile reuse and enabling digital trade, FTR+ aims to reduce landfill waste, increase reuse rates, and accelerate circular economy outcomes worldwide.
