Matthiessen engineers showcase Bag Splitter and Oversize Remover in Austria
Engineers from Matthiessen Lagertechnik recently visited EWP’s sorting plant in Austria to take a closer look at the company’s Bag Splitter and Oversize Remover in operation.
Equipment in operation
The facility processes up to 16 tonnes of material per hour across two lines, handling cans and PET bottles collected through Austria’s Deposit Return System.
The video shows the Matthiessen equipment operating within the live sorting process, including bag opening and film removal.
