♻️ Tomra Opens London RVM Showroom Ahead of UK Deposit-Return Scheme
TOMRA Collection has opened a new reverse vending machine (RVM) showroom in London, giving UK retailers the opportunity to experience deposit-return technology firsthand as the country prepares to roll out its beverage container deposit-return system (DRS) in October 2027.
With more than 50 years of experience and deployments in 60+ markets worldwide, Tomra’s RVMs are designed to automate the collection and sorting of bottles and cans for recycling. The new showroom in Chiswick allows retailers to test multiple models, including the Tomra R2 multifeed, which accepts entire bags of containers, and the compact Tomra B5 for smaller store formats.
As preparations for the UK DRS accelerate, Tomra says its technology can help retailers deliver a fast, convenient recycling experience while increasing footfall and customer loyalty.
