AMI launches Textiles Manufacturing Expo in Charlotte for 2027

AMI is launching the Textiles Manufacturing Expo, a new exhibition and conference that will take place on April 7–8, 2027, in Charlotte, North Carolina, alongside the established Textiles Recycling Expo USA.

The new event will focus on the technologies, machinery, materials and expertise driving textile, fibre and yarn manufacturing, bringing production and recycling closer together under one platform.

The first Textiles Recycling Expo USA, held in Charlotte in April 2026, attracted 1,858 visitors, 95 exhibitors and 52 expert speakers.

🤝 The 2027 co-location is expected to connect manufacturers, technology providers, material suppliers, brands, designers, recyclers and other professionals across the textile value chain.

The new expo will feature suppliers of textile machinery, fibres and yarns, dyes and chemicals, testing and quality-control solutions, automation and AI, software and digital technologies, as well as consultancies and R&D organisations.

🎤 A dedicated conference theatre will host keynotes, technical presentations and real-world case studies.

“This new expo will provide a much-needed forum for the suppliers of raw materials and production technologies to connect with textile manufacturers to discuss the innovations and applications that will move the industry forward,” said Chrissy Winegarden, Exhibition Sales Manager at AMI.
