MIND™ represents a shift from equipment-level automation toward fully integrated system intelligence. The platform connects multiple units within a facility, allowing operators to manage performance, optimise processes, and respond to operational variability in real time.
Alongside the platform, Machinex is introducing MIND AirPulse™, an AI-driven pneumatic sorting system designed for recovery and quality control. The system translates data-driven decisions into high-speed sorting actions, delivering performance levels significantly above manual sorting.
MIND™ is integrated across the company’s AI-enabled equipment portfolio, including robotic, optical, and vision-based systems, forming a unified ecosystem for material recovery facilities (MRFs).
