inSystem B.V. introduces the New Gravity Sorter, a free-fall AI optical sorter designed for precise separation of complex mixed material streams. The system continuously tracks each object during free fall, calculates its individual trajectory, and ejects target materials with high accuracy, ensuring stable and consistent sorting performance.
The solution enables processing of materials in the 4–70 mm range with throughput of up to 6 tons per hour. Its compact, belt-free design reduces maintenance complexity and allows for efficient integration into existing processing lines.

The Gravity Sorter is operated via the inSystem Cloud Platform, providing full control over the sorting process. Operators can configure input fractions, adjust ejection settings for each material class, and monitor key performance indicators in real time.
The platform also includes access to the AI Training Platform with an integrated image labeling tool. This allows operators to label sorting images directly within the interface, initiate AI retraining, and deploy updated models without external support and at no additional cost.
